More about SoR and CoR mentorship

The SoR Leadership Mentoring Scheme is designed to support members who wish to move into senior leadership roles.

It will facilitate a small cohort who will receive one to one mentoring from senior leaders within our profession.

The scheme aims to equip mentees with leadership and management skills, increased personal and professional confidence and professional networking.

In addition to attending the launch event, successful candidates will be expected to join training and networking sessions.

The aim of the CoR Formal Radiography Research Mentoring (FoRRM) scheme is to increase research capacity and quality of radiographers in the UK.

Individual research objectives of each mentor–mentee pair will be based on mentee needs and mentor expertise.  As with other mentoring schemes, FoRRM may also help with personal development and/or career development.
