Do you want to move more and learn simple but effective seated and standing exercises you can do wherever you are?

Sitting at a desk tapping away on a keyboard, or standing for several hours a day can take its toll on our bodies. The resulting pains can impact staff attendance levels, morale and productivity.

We are delighted to welcome back Kerrie-Anne Bradley for a 12-month series of online workshops, each focusing on a different area of the body. Feedback from members who attend these sessions is always fantastic, so we hope you’re able to join us and make an ongoing commitment to your wellbeing.

Students’ and New Professionals’ Confidence Series| Monthly sessions

As you progress through your educational and career pathway, building competence, skills and knowledge, this series will focus on supporting you to be confident as you grow. Spanning a full academic year, these monthly sessions will provide something for every level, whether you are a year one student, or a Band 5 radiographer.

Join us as we work on building confident foundations and prioritising self-care and wellbeing, increasing confidence in the clinical environment, managing conflict, working with the impostor voice and becoming a confident leader.

Registration is free for SoR members and open to all students and new professionals.
