Do you want to move more and learn simple but effective seated and standing exercises you can do wherever you are?
Sitting at a desk tapping away on a keyboard, or standing for several hours a day can take its toll on our bodies. The resulting pains can impact staff attendance levels, morale and productivity.
We are delighted to welcome back Kerrie-Anne Bradley for a 12-month series of online workshops, each focusing on a different area of the body. Feedback from members who attend these sessions is always fantastic, so we hope you’re able to join us and make an ongoing commitment to your wellbeing.
