Webinar for Safety Reps: Menopause
Virtual | 6-7pm, 3 February 2025
This webinar will outline how employers should support workers going through menopause, as well as the tools that reps can use to hold employers to account on this subject.
As the TUC recently stated: “Menopause is a key workplace issue. It is an equality issue as well as a health and safety issue and will impact all women at some point in their lives. This is why unions have and continue to lead calls for workplace policies to support women going through menopause and raise awareness of menopause as a workplace issue.”
